You can buy a house in any state with an out of state loan officer, just because you like your loan officer, and you will follow him wherever he goes. What I really like from him is the level of customer service he provides not only to me but to my customers as well, almost every time I call him he answers my calls, he calls back my customers right away and he is constantly trying to close my purchases as fast as possible. I got to tell you if you want really want the support from a great loan officer not only helping you close your deals as fast as possible, but attending your open houses not caring how far or how small the sales price is he is the guy to use.
